At Cloudstyle, return & refund are super easy and convenient, we strive to provide amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Cloudstyle offers a 15-day Warranty for all products.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
- You have 15 days to apply for a return since you receive the order. Please send an email to our customer service email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please elaborate on the reason why you want to return the item, and then our after-sales department will contact with you and send the return address.
- Please make sure that the items you return are saleable (see below), otherwise it is not acceptable to us to provide exchanges or issue refund for you.
We will provide a FREE return for the following types of situations:
- Product defects: poor quality materials, zipper defects, rip or tear
- Wrong/missing item from the package.
However, we don’t cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:
- Unsuitable size/order the wrong size
- Changed mind/Never wanted/No longer needed/Not as expected

Due to different shooting environments and monitors’ color bias, color difference is inevitable.
If you changed you mind and never need the item, please inform us before shipping.
- The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or weird smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
- Please contact us for further questions, we will do our best to assist you.
- You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself. Please choose economical/standard shipping method；
We will always inspect the products strictly before we ship out the products. In case of damages during the shipping, please contact us by email or telephone to inform us regarding the damaged products. We will always be here to help you and solve the problems together with you.
Return Policy for Custom Suit
We only accept returns or refund for quality issues or customization errors. You need enter your tailored measurements according to our pictures. Please note that you measure exactly as the pictures describe to your body and not to standard sizes. Our tailors will make the adjustments so that it is the best fit. If you have any comments or suggestions, please write the note when placing the order.
In what conditions that I can ask for an exchange or a return?
1. Quality Issues: damaged fabric; threads cast-off; no buttons; no button holes.
2. Customization Errors: The customization you selected were not made correctly.
Cloudstyle will not be responsible for any fit issues, so please make sure your measurements are correct. Your suit, is made just for you based on your measurements and your customization.
If there is any issue with the size of your suit, we would suggest you fix it by local tailor.
