At Cloudstyle, returns & refunds are super easy and convenient. We strive to provide amazing products and guarantee customer satisfaction. Cloudstyle offers a 15-day WARRANTY for all products. Each return request will be dealt with within 24 hours during weekdays.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. You have 15 days to apply for a return after you receive the order. Please email our customer service email address: support@cloudstyle.com

  2. Please elaborate on the reason why you want to return the item, and then our after-sales department will contact you and send the return address.

  3. Please make sure that the items you return are salable (see below), otherwise it is not acceptable to us to provide exchanges or issue a refund for you.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or weird smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.

  2. You are responsible for the return shipping fee if the return is caused by you. Please choose an economical/standard shipping method.

  3. Please contact us for further questions. We will do our best to assist you.

We'll always inspect the products strictly before we ship them out. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us by email to inform us of the damaged products. We will always be here to help you and solve the problems together with you.

  

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

We will provide a FREE return for the following types of situations:

  1. Product defects: zipper defects, rip, or tear

  2. Wrong/missing item from the package. 

However, we don’t cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

  1. Unsuitable size/ordered the wrong size.

  2. Changed mind/Never wanted/No longer needed due to personal reasons after we ship the package out or the package has been delivered.

 

REFUND

  1. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving your return. All refunds are sent directly back to the source of payment.
  2. We reserve the right to refund based on the condition of the returned items. We will email your refund details. Shipping is a service, and it is non-refundable.
  3. A restocking fee may be processed for packaging, handling, and other restocking costs.
  4. Return shipping fees are not covered by us unless the product is defective.
  5. Clearance SALE items CANNOT be accepted for return, credit, or refund.
