What kind of wool/material is the suit made of?

Our core line suits are crafted primarily using a high-performance TR Blend (Polyester/Rayon). This is a smart and practical fabric choice designed for the modern lifestyle.

What is TR? TR is a blend of Polyester (Terylene) and Rayon (Viscose). This specific combination offers several key advantages that our customers value:

  1. Superior Wrinkle Resistance: The Polyester component ensures the suit holds its shape exceptionally well, making it ideal for travel, busy days, and long hours in the office.
  2. Excellent Drape and Soft Hand-Feel: The Rayon fiber provides a soft, smooth touch and a beautiful, natural drape that moves well and looks polished.
  3. Durability and Value: This blend is robust, easy to maintain, and offers an outstanding balance of quality and affordability, providing excellent value compared to pure wool alternatives.

This material makes our suits reliable, easy to care for, and perfect for daily wear where functionality is essential.

How should I clean and care for my suit? Is dry cleaning necessary?

To maintain the longevity and quality of your wool suit, dry cleaning is strongly recommended. Only dry clean when necessary (e.g., once every few months or after heavy use), as excessive cleaning can damage the fibers. Between cleanings, we recommend:

  • Using a steamer to remove light wrinkles.
  • Brushing the suit with a soft suit brush to remove surface dust and hair.
  • Hanging it on a sturdy wood hanger to maintain shoulder shape.

Shipping

What is your return and exchange policy? What if my suit doesn't fit?

We offer a hassle-free 30-Day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

  1. For Returns: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We provide a free shipping label for all domestic returns.
  2. For Exchanges: If the size is incorrect, we offer free exchanges for the same style in a different size. Simply initiate an exchange through our online Return Policy .

Important Note on Alterations: Once a suit jacket or trousers have been permanently altered (e.g., sleeves shortened, trousers hemmed), they are no longer eligible for return or exchange. We recommend confirming the fit before tailoring.

How can I track an order?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Go to Track Your Order, enter your tracking number or order number and your order email to track your order.

What do I do if a part of my order is missing?

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused. Kindly contact the CLOUDSTYLE Support team at support@cloudstyle.com and include photos of the items you received, along with the SKU code on the packaging. Additionally, please specify whether there was any damage to the outer package upon arrival. Please rest assured that we will swiftly devise a satisfactory solution to address the issue.

Payments

 Why was my payment declined ?

CLOUDSTYLE does not decline payments. Your payment may have been declined by your card issuer for various reasons:

Incorrect Card Information: Please ensure the accuracy of your card details, including the expiration date, billing address, and security code (located on the back of your Visa/Mastercard).

Card Issuer Bank: It's possible that your card issuer bank declined the payment.

Insufficient Balance: Verify that there are sufficient funds available on your card to cover the purchase.

Inconsistent/Incorrect Addresses: Confirm that both your shipping and billing addresses are precise and match.

If all the provided information is correct and your payment continues to be declined, you may consider trying an alternate web browser or exploring alternative payment methods to complete your order.

 I was charged the wrong amount. How can I get this corrected?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please send an email to support@cloudstyle.com along with your payment screenshot, transaction ID, or any other relevant payment information. Our team will promptly investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

For credit card transactions, please provide us your payment amount, payment currency, date of the charge, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of your card, a screenshot of the transaction details.

 

For PayPal transactions, please provide us a PayPal transaction ID. You could also contact PayPal to get the transaction ID

What do I do if the checkout page doesn’t work?
