Express Shipping Fee
This option only for the customers that need to change shipping method from
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
1. On our online store, free shipping is available for orders over $99.99! If your order amount is less than $99.99, then we'll charge $15 for the shipping fee.
2. The free shipping takes about 15-20 business days. The estimated delivery time of Express Shipping by DHL is 5-7 business days, which requires paying an extra $15.
Please note that our products all have a "2-5 business days" lead time.
Explanation of "Lead-time"
Our products all need a lead-time to make & prepare, and we ship the goods based on the Lead-time.
Lead-time refers to the preparation time before shipping, ensuring that customer can receive the product within the range of his preset time. Every order could not skip this step.
Generally, the time from you placed the order till you receive it is the lead-time plus shipping time.
You have 15 days to apply for a return since you receive the order. Please email our customer service email address: support@cloudstyle.com
Please elaborate on the reason why you want to return the item, and then our after-sales department will contact you and send the return address.
Please make sure that the items you return are salable (see below), otherwise, it is not acceptable for us to provide exchanges or issue refunds for you.
1、The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or weird smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
2、You are responsible for the return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself. Please choose an economical/standard shipping method.
